Today we had snow for the first time in our new house! It was awesome...the kids were bezerko and I loved watching the flakes fall from my sunroom. My sunroom is my absolute favorite room in my house and I love it at almost all hours of the day and have enjoyed it through summer and fall - but for some reason I never thought about watching snow in it and it was tranquil and serene. There is something extra special about snow when kids are around. They just make everything that much more special and today was no exception. Their excitement was contagious and exhilarating and we all had an amazing day. Hannah took the kids out later to try and sleigh down some hills. I don't think there was enough snow, but they may a valiant effort just the same. She's downloading the pics from their adventure so I don't have them yet but will post one or two on my next posting. I hope everyone enjoyed the snow as much as we did!
